Going the Distance
Spring has Sprung!
I can feel it, hear it, smell it... almost even see it :)
I am excited and ambitious about the season of change, eagerly filling my calendar with community events I love!
Staying active is important to me, so this year I am starting with local running/walking events! I enjoy challanging myself and supporting my community, so the list is a perfect way to start.
My favorite event for this season is the Hero 5K for Autism on April 30th, 2023. link:The Autism Society Greater Hudson Region, New York (asghr.org)
The cause is particularly near and dear to my heart, so easy choice for me.
